WK properties is owned by Karla and Wesley Ezell. We are long time residents of Ritchie County, who have been buying one house or apartment at a time to build up our rental business. Our business started when we bought our first house in 2006 and started remodeling it. Our company now has apartments in the following counties: Wood County, Pleasants County, and Ritchie County.

 

 We are employees of the Doddridge County Educational system. There are currently 12 properties owned by this company.
